Why The Well?

We're genuinely us here at the well, only asking for you to be genuinely you. You will find experience teachers that are dedicated to helping create and sustain a healthy lifestyle for you. We are approachable people focusing on our community and you. Also, we have great taste in music.

What type of classes do you offer?

We offer a "pause and play" type of schedule. Some days you want to play: Yin, Restorative, and our Slow Flow are perfect for those days. Play in our Vinyasas, YogaSculpts, Pilates and other upbeat, core based classes!

Do I need a mat? Weights? Other props?

We strongly recommend investing in a good yoga mat! We use Manduka, but that's our personal preference. For Sculpt and Tone classes, weights are used. Don't have weights? Water bottles, soup cans, even sweet potatoes will do! For Booty Beauty, bands will add that extra oomph. Use an old pair of leggings you don't mind stretching out if you don't have a band! Restorative and Yin classes are extra special with blankets and pillows. Use large books for blocks!

Can I cancel a class?

Yes! We'll be bummed, but we understand things come up! We recommend always scheudling for another class before you cancel; it keeps you dedicated!

Are there any age requirements?

15+ is strongly encouraged. If you have a mini yogi, please reference our "friends" page. You will find an amazing company, Breathe + Learn.

I'm a beginner. Where do I start?

Our Vinyasa and Slow Flow are a great way to start your yoga practice! Steer clear of Power Vinyasa if you're beginning your journey.

Do you offer discounts?

We offer discounts to students, service members and seniors! Please email with a copy of your ID.

Do you offer refunds?

We don't. Our operation is local and focused, and we want to continue to serve you with an excellent experiences in classes. Feel free to email with any concerns about classes that you have before your package ends.
